Parental Control function for tp link router

Parental control function can control the functions of tplink so that we can monitor and control the children's activities on the internet or we can restrict the use of the internet by children.We can restrict certain websites and limit the surfing of internet services. Steps to be followed for setting the password

1. Open the webpage and type the IP address which is by default is tplinkwifi.net 192.168.0.1 You will promote to a new window for log in to the page where default login id and password is “Admin”.

2. After logging in parental control option will be displayed on the left side and we have to enable this option. TL-WR802N router to work with dsl devices.

3. We have to make a new rule by press the add new button from the bottom line options.

4. Parental control setting has three options to set the control. First by set the router timing from system tool by clicking on “Time setting”.Second by set the timing in the menu access control schedule.

5. Press the Time setting button to set the timing of the router. This will show us the page Time setting. Where we have to set the time for the router.

6. After pressing the schedule button for setting the schedule of the router the next window will be in front of us is schedule setting page. From where we can set the schedule of surfing the internet.

7. We have saved all the settings which have done till now then we will have to go back and check to enable to make all settings take effect. In this window we to choose from options which we have to choose either we have to choose which is set already or we have to choose any time.

8. Click on save setting option to save all these settings and you will be prompt to the window of parental control options again.

Again if required to change the settings then we need to log in again to the settings of the router by clicking the IP (tplinkwifi.net 192.168.0.1) address in the window.
